Rikke Kristiansen is a fully qualified chiropractor with over four years of clinical experience in both the UK and Norway. She graduated with First Class Honours from AECC University College in Bournemouth, earning her Master’s degree in Chiropractic (MChiro). In addition to her chiropractic education, she has completed a Medical Foundation Year and training in dry needling (medical acupuncture).

During her studies, Rikke worked part-time as a healthcare assistant in care homes within the public healthcare sector, supporting patients with a range of physical and neurological conditions. This early hands-on experience in healthcare shaped her compassionate and whole-person approach to clinical practice. Since graduating, she has worked as a chiropractor in private multidisciplinary clinics, treating a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions. These roles have given her valuable experience in collaborative, patient-centred care environments.

Rikke is passionate about evidence-based, hands-on chiropractic care, combining manual therapy with tailored advice and exercises to help patients move better, recover faster and stay well long term. She is also a STOTT-trained Pilates instructor, currently teaching reformer Pilates classes each week, and has always had a deep interest in fitness and movement. Her background as a competitive dancer and certified dance instructor (through the Norwegian Olympic Foundation) naturally led her to expand into movement-based rehabilitation. Rikke sees Pilates not only as a powerful tool for core strength and mobility, but also as a gentle, effective method for rehabilitation and injury prevention – and a rewarding way to stay involved in teaching.

When not in clinic, Rikke enjoys strength training, Pilates, and long-distance running
